DESPAIR is a HARDCORE band from the Inland Empire. We feel a need to speak up about the issues we are facing in the world today. We are upset about the administration, We are upset with complicity of genocides, We are upset about how the younger generations feel ignored, We are upset about how human beings have to be treated with immeasurable suffering.
